"Rollers llc" means Rollers llc can management service, including the Rollers llc app and other related services.
"Software" means all software (including any updates or new versions), and any related documentation, that we make available to you for use in connection with Rollers llc.
" Rollers " means persons employed or contracted by Rollers llc to provide Rollers llc can management service.
This is an agreement between you and Rollers llc (and its affiliates, " Rollers llc" or "we"). Before using Rollers llc, please read these Rollers llc Terms and Conditions of Service, the Rollers llc Privacy Policy, the Rollers llc Recurring Payment Terms and Conditions, and the other applicable rules, policies, and terms posted on the Rollers llc website or available through your Rollers llc app (collectively, this "Agreement"). By using Rollers llc, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then you may not use Rollers llc
You agree to have contracted with Rollers llc to perform the service of taking out and returning your waste and recycling cans at the address specified. You agree that this is a monthly Service Contract and you agree to pay Rollers llc monthly in advance of the services to be provided for that month.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal and consent to waive any claim against us.
We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd-party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn’t violate or infringe on any 3rd-party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of Rollers llc and, as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources.
